As part of our commitment to making the High Holy Days accessible and meaningful for everyone, we offer three flexible ticket options to suit your needs — whether you’re joining us once, often, or as a family.

Option 1 – All-Inclusive Ticket: Seating at every High Holy Day service. This ticket guarantees your place throughout the season and helps support our growing community.

Option 2 – Individual Service Ticket: Choose the specific services you would like to attend — from our core services to our Family offerings. Ideal for those joining us for one or two moments during the season.

Option 3 – Family Service Ticket: Access to all of our engaging, child-friendly Family Services and activity days, including N’ila, the final and much-loved service of Yom Kippur. Perfect for families with younger children.

Ticket Types

Please note that our previous Family Pass has become a Household Pass, recognising that households come in many different shapes and sizes. One Household Pass includes everyone who lives in your home.

• Adult: Ages 13 and above.
• Concession: Full-time students and Concession Card holders.
• Child: Under 13 years of age.
• Household: Everyone living in your household, regardless of age or family structure.
• Children under 3: No ticket required, but please let us know they’re coming.
