shtiebel is a social enterprise created in response to the changing needs of our community.
Wherever possible, we lean on the skills and knowledge of volunteers to minimise our operational costs and maximise our communal impact.
We unashamedly charge for our education programs, life-cycle events and professional services as we believe investing in a meaningful Jewish life is the best way to build a positive Jewish identity.
Beyond our fee-for-service offerings, our operations costs are underwritten by our community “partners” — individuals and families who share our vision — who choose to become either a subscriber, a supporter, or a sustainer of The Shtiebel.
“Partnership” is a personal choice, not an expectation at shtiebel, and as such, we see no need to offer concessions or family discounts.
Rather, we invite every adult who shares our vision to partner with us in a way that works for them and remain a partner for as long as they find meaning in our work.
Part 1: Personal Information
If you would like to become a shtiebel partner, please tell us about yourself and what you are looking for in this partnership.
Please note that you only need to answer the questions and complete the sections that you are comfortable with.
Thank you for sharing information about you, your Jewish journey and perhaps your family.
Part 2: Financial Commitment
We invite every adult who shares our vision to partner with us in a way that works for them and remain a partner for as long as they find meaning in our work. Please complete below a payment option for each adult (individuals 18 years and older) that you shared above who would like to partner with shtiebel. Please note that your shtiebel partnership commitment is an investment in our shared vision, is not a tax-deductible donation and does not include does High Holy Day tickets.
