Dedicate a Machzor, Honour a Soul, Support a Community

Lev Shalem was crafted with intention, creativity, and care. More than a collection of prayers, it is a tool for spiritual connection, a resource for learning, and a reflection of the values, voices, and vision that shape Jewish life at The Shtiebel.

This remarkable machzor was made possible by the Shtiebel Library Fund, which underwrote its creation and printing. As a result, we are proud to place it in the hands of every person who joins us over the High Holy Days — whether they attend one service or all of them — guided by our unwavering commitment that prayer and belonging should never come at a cost. All who enter are welcome to use Lev Shalem freely, without fee or obligation.

For those who are able, there is a sacred opportunity to participate in a different kind of giving. By sponsoring a copy of Lev Shalem through a tax-deductible gift to the Shtiebel Library Fund, you help ensure that this prayerbook remains freely available to all who seek connection and meaning. You may also choose to dedicate a copy in memory of a loved one, in honour of someone dear, or in celebration of a significant moment.

Each sponsored volume will bear a personalised bookplate, carrying forward the name and the intention behind the gift — so that even as we pray in community, we are also surrounded by memory, gratitude, and hope.

This is how we build a community rooted in generosity and meaning: one soul, one page, one prayer at a time.
