Breathe. Listen. Rest. Reconnect.

Music is the language of peace and connection. Breathwork is the practice of allowing the body to return to harmony.

Soul Sound brings the two together in a deeply restorative evening designed to create space to slow down, centre ourselves and return home to the body.

Join Beata and Rodney for a nourishing journey through guided breathwork and live sound, surrounded by the resonances of Tibetan bowls, chimes, flutes, yidaki/didgeridoo, guitar, gong and vocal harmonies.

No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, find a comfortable place, breathe, listen and allow yourself some time to be held by sound and community.

The Breath Circle will be led by Beata Heymann, founder and experienced breathwork and wellbeing practitioner. Beata brings together yoga, trauma-informed practice, breathwork and sound, and delivers evidence-based breathwork programs in more than 70 schools across Victoria. She also lectures in Trauma-Informed Practice at the Australian Yoga Academy.

We will close with a sound healing experience led by Rodney Pollak, founder of Music Therapy Hub and a Registered Music Therapist (AMTA) with more than ten years’ experience across palliative care, mental health, paediatric and community settings. Rodney also facilitates trauma-informed sound journeys, bringing together music, mindfulness and immersive sound to create space for wellbeing, connection and reflection.
