BRING THEM HOME NOW

As we approach Pesach, the Festival of Freedom, our hearts and thoughts turn towards the essence of liberation and the profound journeys from darkness to light.

This Pesach, we have the unique opportunity to embody the spirit of freedom and deliverance through our support of Project Butterfly, a deeply meaningful initiative aimed at shedding light on the plight of Israeli hostages in Gaza.

The story of Pesach is a cornerstone of our tradition, symbolising the triumph of hope, faith, and freedom over oppression. It is a time when we gather with family and friends to recount the Exodus from Egypt, reflecting on the enduring quest for liberty that defines the human spirit.

This year, we can extend the boundaries of our Seder tables to include the silent cries for freedom of our brothers and sisters held in Gaza. Through Project Butterfly, each of us can take part in a contemporary act of redemption, by adding our butterflies to your Seder plate.

THE PROJECT BUTTERFLY STORY

Project Butterfly involves the creation of beautiful hand-crocheted butterflies, each representing an Israeli hostage yet to be freed. These butterflies which have been lovingly made by our “Keep Knitting Together” crafters are not merely decorative; they are symbols of hope, transformation, and the universal longing for freedom that resonates deeply with the story of Pesach.

By inviting individuals and families to support this project, we are not only raising awareness of the hostages’ plight but also taking a tangible step towards their liberation.

Purchasing a packet of these beautifully crafted butterflies offers a way to bring the themes of Pesach into our homes and hearts in a very real and touching manner.

All proceeds from Project Butterfly will directly support the Hostages and Families Forum in Israel, ensuring that our contributions have a meaningful impact.
